Intensive Outpatient Program

Individual treatment with enough structure, connection and follow-through to support meaningful change.

  • Assessment and treatment planning BMI assessment, clinician review of assessment, team meetings among clinicians and 1 hour session with client.
  • Individual counselling, 2 sessions/week
